What you will do
- Take over assigned events from sales after contract signing and manage planning and delivery
- Coordinate staffing, security, catering, production and other operational needs
- Produce CAD layouts and oversee room setups, registration and guest flow
- Lead event staff on site and handle operational issues in real time
- Compile event reports, staffing schedules and verify contract labour hours
