Overview
Legends Global is recruiting an Events Specialist to support event delivery at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in Hato Rey. The role centres on coordinating promoters, event staff and venue teams, and managing crowd safety and operational logistics across live events.
What you'll do
- Assist with deploying and running assigned events at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico, working with event supervisors and security
- Coordinate communication between promoters, production managers, venue departments and contractors
- Lead on crowd management and identify safety risks in the building before and during events
- Oversee coordination between building and show staff during load-in and load-out
- Attend pre-event production meetings and direct customer complaints to the appropriate manager
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in facility management, hospitality, business or a related field
- At least two years of increasingly responsible event management in a stadium, arena, convention centre or public assembly venue
- Experience working with concert promoters, sports teams or special event planners
- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish, with basic Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver's licence
