Venue Technology Assistant - Gorge Amphitheater

Summary

Legends Global is recruiting a Venue Technology Assistant at the Gorge Amphitheatre to support point-of-sale systems and other venue technology. The role includes walk-throughs to confirm systems are working before and during events, plus hardware replacement and first and second line troubleshooting. The advertised pay is $18.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide level 1 and 2 support for point-of-sale system problems and escalate when needed
• Walk through the venue to confirm systems are operational before and during events
• Diagnose software, firmware and hardware faults and breakages
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events
• Suggest and implement improvements within own area of responsibility

Requirements

• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and operating systems
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances and lift at least 50 lbs
• Ability to adapt immediately to changing environments
