Summary
This full-time-style venue technology role supports point-of-sale systems and checks that venue technology works before and during events at an Albuquerque amphitheatre. It involves hardware replacement and fault diagnosis. Physical stamina and a lift of at least 50 lbs are required.
What you will do
- Provide level 1 and 2 support for point-of-sale system problems and escalate when needed
- Complete venue walk-throughs to confirm systems are operational before and during events
- Replace defective hardware before, during and after events
- Diagnose software, firmware and hardware errors and breakage
- Follow company safety policies and complete required safety training
Requirements
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating system and office applications
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances and lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to adapt immediately to changing environments
