Overview
Meow Wolf is recruiting a variable, part-time Events Production Associate to run concerts, parties and special events at its Santa Fe Arts Complex. The role combines on-site venue representation, sound and lighting technical work, and support for touring artists and the Events Department.
What you'll do
- Greet touring artists and crews and meet their amenity, credential and production needs
- Support load-in, changeovers and tear-down, and run sound and lighting for shows
- Coordinate with operations, bar, security and production staff before, during and after events
- Track ticket and bar sales and settle artist fees and merchandise splits on the night
- Provide artist transport and carry out other Events Department tasks as requested
What you need
- Two years' experience as a sound engineer in a music venue
- Two years' experience as a lighting engineer in a music venue
- At least one year of management experience, ideally in events
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to lead staff
- Aged 18 or over, with a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record
