Experience & Presentation Specialist, Event Experience Team (EXT)

Summary

MLSE is recruiting an Experience & Presentation Specialist to lead its hourly activation crew and shape event presentation across its Toronto venues. The role covers programming, stage management and show-calling, vendor coordination and post-event evaluation. The posted compensation range is 60,000 to 70,000 with no currency or pay period stated.

What you will do

• Recruit, train and lead the hourly activation crew of brand ambassadors
• Develop and execute activations, programming, scripting, stage management and show-calling
• Oversee setup, rehearsal and execution of presentation elements during events
• Coordinate external vendors and presentation equipment against deadlines and budget
• Review presentation quality and gather feedback to recommend improvements after events

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or certificate/diploma in event management or marketing
• 3+ years in event management, experiential marketing and team leadership with live event presentation
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
• Comfort leading hockey, basketball, soccer and football properties
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
