Summary

Insomniac is hiring a seasonal Artist Relations support role for its Countdown SoCal New Year's Eve 2026 festival in San Bernardino, California. The post is onsite, paid hourly, and reports to the Artist Relations Manager, with work covering artist and crew welcome, backstage coordination and stage credentials. It requires at least two years of artist relations experience and is open only to applicants with US work authorisation.

What you will do

• Greet artists and crew on arrival at the stage and guide them from dressing rooms
• Support the tour manager on stage and liaise with hospitality on rider changes
• Coordinate with the stage manager on credentials that change through the day
• Ensure photographers and videographers hold correct credentials to shoot on stage
• Escalate personnel access issues to the Artist Relations Manager

Requirements

• At least 2 years of artist relations experience
• 1+ years of management experience preferred, including leading and developing teams
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Able to tolerate loud noise and busy environments and work in extreme temperatures
• Willing to travel for evening, weekend and holiday events as required
