Summary
This paid hourly design internship in Calabasas, California supports Emo Nite's tour and event materials, including templating, resizing and print preparation. The role also involves onsite help at events, with exposure to fast-paced festival and club work. Candidates must have U.S. work authorization, as no visa sponsorship is offered.
What you will do
- Templatise and update tour materials such as dates, guest artists and announcements
- Resize existing materials for specific markets and print preparation
- Organise still and video files for distribution to clients, partners and representatives
- Source stock footage, images and fonts from media libraries
- Assist onsite at Emo Nite events where needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Interest in the music industry, emo music and the Emo Nite brand
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere is a plus
- Strong time management and cross-team communication skills
- Must hold U.S. work authorization without sponsorship
