Overview
Momentum Worldwide's Olixir agency is recruiting a senior project manager in New York to lead client deliverables from concept to completion. The role covers multichannel print, video and digital projects, with responsibility for timing, quality and budget.
What you'll do
- Manage multichannel projects independently from concept to deployment
- Coordinate agency departments, vendors and clients to deliver accurate, high-quality work
- Oversee project planning, quality control and impact analyses, and write scopes of work
- Guide and mentor junior team members on process improvement
- Support administrative tasks, financial management and new business development
What you need
- Bachelor's degree with five or more years in project management, production, marketing operations or a related field
- PMP, CSM or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and project tools such as Microsoft Project or Workfront
- Multichannel production knowledge across print, video and digital
- Financial aptitude and experience of campaign launch processes
