Primavera Sound recruitment is split between the organiser’s career roles and specialist suppliers delivering the festival. Production, site management, artist liaison and technical crews may be recruited on freelance or fixed-term contracts; catering, bars, stewarding, security, parking and clear-up teams usually recruit separately through contractors. Career vacancies can appear year-round. January to spring is a useful planning and application period for many Northern Hemisphere festivals, but this is a typical window, not a confirmed opening date for Primavera Sound; Southern Hemisphere schedules can differ. Check the official festival and contractor announcements for the current edition, application dates, qualifications and whether a role is paid.
