Summary
Fever is recruiting a Project Manager in Madrid to lead a portfolio of its Original events, from concept through to delivery. The role involves working with venues, partners and internal teams across Fever's markets, with a hybrid pattern of office working Monday to Thursday and home working on Fridays.
What you will do
- Develop, launch and manage a portfolio of Fever Original experiences from concept to delivery
- Lead venue sourcing and contract negotiations with strategic venues
- Work with partners, providers and internal departments to scale events across markets
- Own strategic planning and reporting for key experiences
- Manage and grow revenue from events and represent Fever at local events and with local PR
Requirements
- At least three years' experience in project management, consulting, or entertainment and events project management
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical and organisational skills for managing several projects in parallel
- Confident negotiation, networking and partner-facing communication
- Comfortable using data and P&L analysis to assess event performance
