Summary
Fever is recruiting a paid event project management intern to support the Fever Originals team in Madrid and Berlin. The role covers pre-production planning, budgets, venue booking and on-site delivery of live experiences. A strong command of German and English is required, with a September or October 2026 start.
What you will do
- Support event productions from pre-production logistics and vendor selection through to on-site execution and wrap-up
- Create production timelines and keep teams to schedule
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver event outputs
- Help manage budgets, venue research and bookings
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, invoicing and contracts with legal
Requirements
- Strong fluency in German and English
- Preferably some experience in event production
- Ability to manage several projects and bring together multiple project elements
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Availability to travel
