Overview
This Account Supervisor role is based in New York and sits within the Olixir agency, part of Omnicom. It involves overseeing day-to-day work for assigned brands, managing senior client relationships and mentoring junior staff.
What you'll do
- Oversee projects from creative brief through to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client contacts and deliver marketing communications.
- Track budgets, contracts and resource allocation alongside finance and project management.
- Supervise and develop direct reports, delegating work and providing guidance.
- Prepare client updates on project progress, spending and strategic recommendations.
What you need
- Bachelor's degree preferred, plus at least three years in an agency or marketing role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; digital, media and analytics tools are an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including building presentations.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Leadership and mentoring experience.
Pay
The advertised pay range is $80k to $115k.
