Event Manager | Mesa Complex

Overview

Legends Global is recruiting an Event Manager for the Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, Arizona. The role leads client-facing planning and on-site execution of conferences, trade shows, festivals and live entertainment at the venue.

What you'll do

• Supervise staff and oversee facility operations for events
• Act as the main liaison between clients, service contractors and venue departments
• Guide clients through contract terms, policies and deadline schedules
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor final billing
• Cover manager-on-duty duties as required

What you need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• At least two years' management experience coordinating events in a multi-purpose facility or convention centre
• Supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of facility management
