What you will do

• Plan event logistics with clients and their liaisons
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for events
• Keep clients informed of deadlines, floor plans and insurance requirements
• Act as primary liaison between clients and facility departments
• Monitor in-house events and supervise facility set-up when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university, or equivalent experience
• One to two years of related experience or training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
