Events Manager - State Farm Stadium

Overview

Legends Global is recruiting an Events Manager to coordinate sporting events and Arizona Cardinals home games at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The role is based on-site at a multipurpose public assembly venue.

What you'll do

• Act as primary coordinator for sporting events and Arizona Cardinals home games.
• Run the event operations center and oversee 24/7 event-day technology and reporting.
• Lead event-day incident reporting and command, including NFL fan behavior tracking.
• Meet clients before events, plan set-ups and prepare layouts and staff instructions.
• Coordinate support teams including security, EMS, AV, catering, box office and parking.
• Serve as manager on duty and oversee emergency response to building alarms.

What you need

• Two or more years in event management or convention services at a multipurpose public assembly facility.
• Experience with trade shows, concerts, sporting events or banquets.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or additional experience as a substitute.
• Current CPR certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Schedule

Work spans early mornings, days, evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays, including extended long days and consecutive days.
