Senior Associate, Vehicle Access and Parking Permits

Summary
This Downtown Los Angeles role supports the allocation and tracking of Vehicle Access and Parking Permits for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. It involves stakeholder engagement and training in the lead-up to the Games, then leading a shift in the VAPP Office during the event.
What you will do
- Engage stakeholders on vehicle access and parking needs and answer permit questions
- Assist the VAPP Manager with allocating and distributing permits across stakeholder groups
- Track permit requests, allocations and distribution, keeping accurate records and reports
- Develop and deliver presentations and training on VAPP policies and processes
- Lead a shift providing live support from the VAPP Office during the Games
Requirements
- Four or more years' professional experience in transportation, logistics or operations
- Strong communication and training skills for stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with data tracking and management, including advanced Excel and LA28 tools
- Strong computer literacy and time management under fixed deadlines
- Rapid, sound decision-making when resolving live access and parking issues
