Premium Pantry Coordinator Toyota Arena

Overview

This part-time role at Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, centers on food and beverage service for suites and catering at arena events. The coordinator runs the suite food pantry, working with kitchen staff on orders, stock and records.

What you'll do

• Check that pantry orders from the kitchen arrive complete and without discrepancies.
• Carry out opening and closing duties set by the concessions, suites and catering manager.
• Rotate shelf-stable stock, break down packaging and check expiry dates with colleagues.
• Keep the pantry database, paperwork and files up to date.
• Place food orders within the kitchen budget, agreed with supervisors and managers.
• Communicate with guests, servers and staff about food orders.

What you need

• Current, valid food handler's card.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and climb stairs for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stoop repeatedly during service.
• Comfortable working at a computer for data entry and records.
• Willingness to work as a suite attendant, caterer, barback or bartender when scheduled.
• Able to pass a background check.

Schedule

Irregular part-time hours, including nights, weekends and holidays. Shifts may run until 12:00am or later, aligned to event schedules.

Pay

Pay is $26.25 per hour.
