What you'll do

• Oversee premium suite servers during events and train them on department standards and procedures.
• Confirm suites are set before guests arrive and check service set-ups before the final staff call.
• Hold pre-function meetings to brief staff on meal service and suite assignments.
• Coordinate timing and food production with the kitchen, and liaise with sales, kitchen and warehouse teams.
• Handle guest requests and resolve service problems, following responsible alcohol service policies.
• Monitor stock levels, report safety or maintenance issues, and complete month-end pantry inventory.

What you need

• At least one to two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, or equivalent training.
• A valid food handler's card, which must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and walk long distances for more than half the shift.
• A food and beverage management degree is desirable, and customer service and cash handling experience is an advantage.

Schedule

Evenings, weekends and holidays are required, with some shifts running until midnight or later.

Pay

Pay is $29.25 per hour.
