Insomniac - Creative Project Coordinator

Overview

This Live Nation Entertainment role with Insomniac, a festival and event producer, is based in Calabasas, California. The coordinator manages creative workflows, timelines and approvals for dance music campaigns from kickoff through show weekend. The role works alongside brand teams, designers and editors.

What you'll do

• Act as the main creative contact for assigned brands, giving status and timeline updates with brand leads.
• Turn campaign goals into clear creative requests, scheduling deliveries around designer and editor capacity.
• Track revisions and check submitted requests and assets for errors before approval.
• Run kickoff meetings, standups and check-ins with marketing, talent booking, PR, merchandise, production and social teams.
• Route assets for review and approval, and keep organized records of finished work.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• One to two years in project coordination or a similar role.
• Willingness to work holidays, evenings and weekends to meet deadlines, including on-site at events.
• Able to work in loud environments and extreme temperatures at event sites.
• Right to work in the US without sponsorship.

Pay

Pay is $21.60 to $27.00 USD per hour.
