Summary

Insomniac is seeking a seasonal Entertainment Wardrobe Specialist for EDC Orlando 2026, reporting to the Entertainment Director. The role covers costume check-in and check-out, performer fittings, quality checks and quick-change support, plus repair and storage of wardrobe.

What you will do

• Prepare and organise the wardrobe area and assign, document and recollect costumes at check-in and check-out
• Fit performers to costume sizing and provide feedback on appearance
• Quality-check each look before it goes on the event grounds
• Assist with quick changes during set-up and show runs
• Repair, clean, alter and store wardrobe items after each show

Requirements

• Diploma in fashion, textiles, costuming or production arts, or at least 3 years of wardrobe or costuming experience
• Practical hand and machine sewing skills
• Ability to recreate a look from a photo or description
• Hands-on costume, accessory and footwear repair skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods
