Insomniac - Marketing Coordinator

Overview

Insomniac is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for its Festival Marketing team in Calabasas, California. The role supports integrated campaigns for a portfolio of electronic dance music festivals and branded events, reporting to the Director of Festivals.

What you'll do

• Help plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across assigned festivals and brands.
• Manage social media content calendars and contribute to content strategy.
• Coordinate artist assets with artist teams for campaign use.
• Submit creative briefs and manage design and video requests with in-house teams.
• Support third-party partnerships and on-site social, influencer and street team activations.
• Keep internal teams and external partners updated through each campaign timeline.

What you need

• At least two years' experience in marketing, music, entertainment or a related industry.
• Deep knowledge of electronic dance music, artists and the Insomniac festival portfolio.
• Strong organization, project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and tolerate loud, busy environments and variable temperatures on site.

Schedule

Evening and weekend work as needed to meet deadlines and support live events.

Pay

Hourly pay of $21.60 to $27.00 USD.
