Overview

This director-level role covers premium sales and member retention for Coastal Credit Union Music Park in Raleigh, North Carolina, an amphitheater venue. The role manages season, membership, group and hospitality accounts across assigned amphitheater, ballroom and club venues in the region, and reports to the Regional Director.

What you'll do

Manage renewals of full season, membership, group and hospitality packages for existing members.
Prepare and present annual proposals to premium clients and referrals.
Find new business through referrals, prospecting and upselling current accounts.
Meet activity, appointment and revenue targets while keeping member satisfaction high.
Represent the venue in the local community alongside tourism and business groups.
Attend selected shows to meet guests and log customer interactions in the CRM system.

What you need

Bachelor's degree in sports or entertainment management, business or a related field.
Three to five years of B2B sales experience, ideally in premium seat, ticketing or membership sales.
Proven ability to manage a sales funnel across multiple properties, including under pressure.
Strong organization and time management; experience with Archtics and Salesforce is an advantage.
