Manager - Agency Recruitment & Events

Summary

Prudential is hiring a manager to develop agency recruitment strategies and run recruitment events, including Build your Business sessions. The role covers event logistics, materials, post-event reporting and budgets, and leading a team of recruitment event officers in Metro Manila.

What you will do

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract agency force recruits
• Coordinate event procurement, materials and designs with work units such as CAM and marketing
• Promote Build your Business sessions and release recruitment materials across channels
• Track and analyse post-event metrics, budgets and reporting
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of recruitment event officers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, business administration or a related field
• Proven experience in recruitment, events management or employer branding
• At least 6 years' experience across recruitment, marketing, sales, training, hospitality or event management
• Project management and event organisation experience or training is preferred
• Strong leadership experience managing a team
