Fever, a live entertainment technology platform, is hiring a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist in Madrid on a hybrid basis. The role covers international payroll operations, provider liaison, compliance and benefits administration for the People Operations team. What you will do
- Run international payroll operations and liaise with external payroll providers
- Ensure accurate, timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security rules
- Monitor and report on salary costs and trends to support decisions
- Act as the point of contact for employee payroll, tax and social security queries
- Oversee employee benefits and help introduce new perks
Requirements
- Around 2-3 years' experience in payroll and benefits, with international payroll exposure an advantage
- Advanced English (C1 or higher), with other languages an asset
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, plus familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Personio is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach
