Premium & VIP Experiences Intern

Overview

This internship sits within the Premium & VIP Experiences team at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Toronto. It involves supporting hospitality programmes, premium spaces and commercial initiatives across the company's teams and venues, including game-day service.

What you'll do

• Help plan and run premium and VIP experiences across teams, venues and live events.
• Assist with service for VIP members and guests, paying close attention to detail.
• Support premium seating and in-venue experiences on game and event days.
• Contribute ideas for commercial opportunities and new premium concepts.
• Research trends in sport, hospitality and luxury to inform new initiatives.
• Help maintain VIP membership records and prepare reports and presentations.
• Work with ticketing, partnerships, marketing, food and beverage and venue operations colleagues.

What you need

• Currently enrolled in a degree, diploma or certificate course in business, sport management, hospitality, events, marketing, communications or a related subject.
• Genuine interest in sport, entertainment and hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects and deadlines.
• Clear written and spoken communication, including with senior staff and guests.
• Discretion when handling confidential information and high-profile guests.
• Working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Schedule

Select evenings and weekends, aligned with home games, concerts and special events.

Pay

The posted compensation rate is $38,760.
