Ticketing Sales Intern

Overview

This internship sits within MLSE's Ticketing Department in Toronto and supports sales for Maple Leafs and Marlies games. Work covers office-hours sales activity and game-night activations at Scotiabank Arena and Coca-Cola Coliseum. The role suits students in a sales or business programme.

What you'll do

• Help plan and run sales events and client experiences.
• Support group sales for youth, VIP and corporate groups at Marlies games.
• Carry out game-day sales activations and client service at the arena and Coliseum.
• Help prepare and run game-day group sales operations across MLSE teams.
• Maintain asset databases, guest lists and client gifting orders.
• Work with other MLSE departments on sales events and client experiences.

What you need

• Current enrolment in a post-secondary sales or business programme.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
• Availability for evening and weekend game nights.

Schedule

Support covers office-hours sales work and evening and weekend game nights as required.

Pay

Listed compensation is CAD 38,760.
