Venue Technology Assistant - Dos Equis Pavilion

Summary

Supports point-of-sale and venue technology at the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas for Legends Global. The role centres on first and second line POS troubleshooting, hardware replacement and walk-throughs to confirm systems are working before and during events. It is an entry-level technical operations position.

What you will do

• Provide first and second line support for point-of-sale system problems and escalate where needed
• Walk through the venue before and during events to confirm systems are operational
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events
• Diagnose software, firmware and hardware faults
• Maintain knowledge of organisational standards and follow safety procedures

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Clear verbal and written communication
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances and lift at least 50 lbs
