Summary
Live Nation is seeking a part-time Ticket Agent for its House of Blues venue in Dallas. The role covers box office sales, guest service and cash handling for live music events.
What you will do
- Handle cash and follow bank and check-out procedures
- Provide guest service in person and by phone
- Run the ticket programme on computer for sales
- Manage will call window requests
- Complete opening and closing paperwork
Requirements
- Working knowledge of phone handling, cashiering and customer service
- Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
- Able to type 30 words per minute
- High school diploma
- Previous ticketing experience is preferred
