LN Venues, Director of Foundation Room Operations - House of Blues Dallas

Summary

This director role leads day-to-day operations of the Foundation Room members' space at House of Blues Dallas, a Live Nation live music venue. It covers team leadership, guest experience, P&L and cost control, and nightly and special event programming.

What you will do

• Recruit, train and develop hourly team members and foundation managers
• Deliver nightly programming and special events to guest satisfaction
• Manage food and beverage costs, labour and P&L against budget
• Oversee membership renewals and maintain room atmosphere and standards
• Coordinate in-house and outside promoter partner events

Requirements

• Minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Prior P&L responsibility with accounting knowledge
• Experience managing purchasing, receiving and inventories
• Responsible alcohol awareness certification or equivalent
• High school diploma
