Vibee - Seasonal Venue Event Manager

Summary

Vibee is hiring a venue event manager in Las Vegas to oversee a team and coordinate events before, during and after each show. What you will do

• Supervise, schedule and support event staff, including on-the-job training
• Coordinate operations, materials and resources before, during and after events
• Handle customer and client concerns, escalating serious issues to management
• Enforce health, safety and compliance standards and respond to emergencies
• Record incidents and operational issues and report to management

Requirements

• At least three years in event production, ideally in fan experience, customer service or hospitality leadership
• At least five professional references
• Strong organisational skills and Google Sheets proficiency
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and flexible hours
• Ability to tolerate loud, busy event environments and extended periods of sitting in varied temperatures
