This ancillary role supports upgrade, merchandise and add-on sales at Allianz Amphitheater in Richmond, Virginia. It is based on event nights, with a focus on guest engagement and handling transactions during live shows.

What you'll do

• Greet guests and promote upgrades, add-ons and premium experiences.
• Work merchandise or specialty sales points as assigned.
• Handle transactions and cash procedures carefully.
• Help with set-up, inventory tracking and end-of-night reconciliation.
• Keep work areas clean and organised while working alongside box office, guest services and operations teams.

What you need

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be available for event nights on weekdays and weekends.
• Be comfortable handling cash and transactions accurately.
• Be able to walk and stand for long periods in varied weather.
• Show strong communication skills and a positive, team-first approach.
