Premium Experiences - Sales and Program Coordinator

Overview

Full-time premium sales role in Richmond, Virginia, supporting the Premium Sales Manager across premium products at the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center. The post covers day-to-day coordination of premium offerings, including the Lexus Lounge program, and oversight of part-time premium sales staff.

What you'll do

• Coordinate the day-to-day running of premium products and the Lexus Lounge program
• Manage part-time premium sales staff
• Plan premium events and prepare event orders
• Handle client calls, requests, complaints and follow-ups
• Keep client records and touchpoints up to date in the CRM
• Support selling activities such as tours, presentations and cold calls
• Act as Lounge Manager on Duty during premium events

What you need

• At least one year of sales and service management experience; premium experience is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication for working with partners and stakeholders
• Able to manage detailed work across several projects and prioritize efficiently
• Calm and organized under pressure, meeting competing deadlines independently
• Interest in or experience with Zapier, Asana or digital automation is an advantage

Schedule

Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays, with extended and irregular hours on premium event days.

Pay

Pay is $20 to $23 per hour.
