Concessions Club Supervisor - Raymond James Stadium

Overview

This supervisory role covers concessions, portable stands, beverage, vending and in-seat service at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. The post is on site for Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts and other large stadium events, with set-up on the days before and clear-down afterwards.

What you'll do

• Oversee several concession locations during events, including portable, beverage, vending and in-seat service.
• Lead and coach team members to follow procedures, service standards and guest service expectations.
• Hold pre-shift briefings to share event details and timings with teams.
• Check staffing, menu recipes and inventory before, during and after each event.
• Test equipment before events and confirm menu boards and registers show the correct items and prices.
• Make sure locations meet alcohol and food safety rules and company standards.

What you need

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role.
• Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications, completed on site.
• Availability for Tampa Bay Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift in heat and humidity.
• Food service experience is an advantage, and multilingual skills are an advantage.

Game days, concerts and special events, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with on-site presence on the days before and after events.
