Guest Service Supervisor - Concessions - Raymond James Stadium

Overview

Legends runs the food and beverage program at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, covering concessions, suites and premium areas on game days, concerts and special events. This supervisory role leads event-day guest service, staff check-in and point-of-sale cashier supervision in an outdoor stadium. It sits within the venue's matchday operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare the check-in area and materials, including vouchers, placement details and menus, before event-day staff arrive
• Train and support cashiers on point-of-sale operations, refunds, discounts and stored-value card redemption
• Resolve guest complaints and service issues using approved recovery methods
• Monitor line speeds and cashier performance, and keep cashier areas clean and organized
• Run guest service audits, share feedback with leadership and track service metrics against survey results

What you need

• At least two years of supervisory experience in food and beverage or concessions
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving and coaching skills
• Able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours in a shift, including ramps and stairs, and work in heat or extreme temperatures outdoors

Schedule

Event-day shifts covering game days, concerts and special events at the stadium. Shifts can last up to 12 hours.
