Stand Lead Concessions - Raymond James Stadium

Overview

This Stand Lead role oversees concession locations at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, during Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts and other major stadium events. The post centres on leading front-of-house food and beverage teams in a large outdoor sports venue.

What you'll do

• Oversee several concession locations during events, including stock levels and equipment checks before service.
• Lead, coach and train team members to follow procedures and meet guest service standards.
• Run pre-shift briefings covering event details and timings.
• Confirm staffing levels, menu recipes, and that locations stay clean and safe.
• Check menu boards and registers show correct items and prices.
• Enforce uniform guidelines and food safety and alcohol compliance.

What you need

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role.
• Ability to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications; training and alcohol certification are completed on site.
• Availability for Buccaneers, USF and major stadium events, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working outdoors in heat and humidity.
