Line Cook - Raymond James Stadium

Overview

Legends is recruiting a line cook to prepare menu items for concessions, suites and premium areas at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida, home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The role covers game days, concerts and special events. Work is on site and follows Legends recipes, specifications and HACCP standards.

What you'll do

• Prepare menu items to portion, quality and recipe standards.
• Follow HACCP practices for food temperatures, product rotation and sanitation.
• Store meats, seafood, dairy and other food items to established standards.
• Keep kitchen areas, coolers, storage and equipment clean and safe.
• Open and close the kitchen under the direction of chefs and supervisors.

What you need

• Previous culinary experience.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Availability for all stadium events, including late nights, weekends and holidays.
