Summary
Fever is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a VR experience at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco. The role supports the General Site Manager in leading staff, guest service, technology upkeep, box office and retail, and site reporting.
What you will do
- Help hire, train and schedule staff through a local agency and lead shifts
- Oversee facility upkeep and the operation of VR headsets and related technology
- Act as first escalation point for guest concerns and manage box office and retail stock
- Handle administrative tasks including invoices, payroll auditing and progress reporting
- Support community partnerships and private events, and track on-site KPIs with the Site Manager
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience in operations, hospitality, retail, live entertainment or franchise management
- Understanding of budgeting, expense control and retail operations
- Strong leadership and written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays
