Box Office Agent

Overview

Ticketmaster, a division of Live Nation Entertainment, is recruiting several part-time box office agents in Toronto to cover a range of live events. The role is occasional and set by event requirements, with in-person ticket sales and front-line service to buyers. Shifts can fall on evenings, weekends and holidays.

What you'll do

• Give front-line customer service to ticket buyers
• Sell tickets in person at the box office using the point-of-sale system
• Work with the internal ticketing systems on a regular basis
• Balance and account for cash and card takings
• Organise and hand out will-call tickets

What you need

• At least one year of sales or customer service experience
• Cash handling and general office experience preferred
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Basic understanding of event ticketing

Schedule

Occasional part-time shifts set by event requirements, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
