Fever is recruiting a freelance Commercial / Sales Associate to support the launch of its immersive BuzzAttack game show experience in Singapore. The role focuses on B2B sales for group visits, birthday celebrations and private or corporate events across Southeast Asia, and requires English and Mandarin.
What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales enquiries for Fever Originals in Southeast Asia
- Close deals for group visits, birthday celebrations and private or corporate events
- Conduct outreach to hotels, schools, universities and large companies
- Handle customer calls and emails through to booking confirmation
- Collect customer feedback, support reporting and collaborate with marketing and operations teams
Requirements
- Around 2-3 years' experience in sales, customer service or commercial roles, ideally in hospitality, events or entertainment
- Strong written and verbal English, and Mandarin Chinese
- Analytical ability to interpret customer data and feedback
- Proficiency with CRM software and tools such as Excel or Google Sheets
