Creative Lead, Experiential Marketing

Overview

This Creative Lead role in San Francisco sets creative direction for Zendesk's experiential marketing, covering flagship customer events and their digital components. It sits within Creative Leadership and works closely with Experiential Marketing, the Creative Studio, Communications and the executive team. The hybrid position combines hands-on creative work with leading internal creative staff and agency partners.

What you'll do

• Define and maintain a visual system of templates and components for event architecture across formats
• Set creative direction for flagship events including Relate, Showcase and AI Summit
• Shape attendee journeys from demand generation and registration through in-person and digital experiences
• Coordinate concept-to-execution work with the Experiential Marketing team and external agencies
• Set quality standards and give feedback to internal creative staff and agency partners
• Mentor creative partners and share best practice across the wider team

What you need

• Strong experience in event branding with a focus on customer experience
• Understanding of production processes and experience with brand activations
• Business acumen, including financial literacy and project management
• Experience using generative AI tools within the creative process
• Proficiency in Adobe, Figma and Google apps
• Willingness to travel to site visits and on-site events

Pay

The US annualized base salary range is $179,000.00 to $269,000.00 per year, excluding bonus and benefits.
