Senior Field Marketing Manager - North

Overview

Twilio is recruiting a Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead regional field marketing for its North region, covering the UK and Nordics on a remote basis from the UK. The role centres on in-person executive dinners, workshops, roundtables and conference activity aimed at growing pipeline with priority accounts.

What you'll do

• Align event plans with North sales leaders and account executives to meet regional revenue targets.
• Design small-format customer events such as executive roundtables, founder dinners and technical workshops.
• Plan and deliver Twilio's own regional events in tech hubs including London, Stockholm and Copenhagen.
• Represent the region at industry conferences and co-marketing events with hyperscaler partners.
• Track event results against pipeline and revenue metrics while managing the regional budget and local vendors.

What you need

• Five to seven years of enterprise software or SaaS field marketing, owning event strategy tied to pipeline.
• Working knowledge of UK and Nordic business practices, tech hubs and local event ecosystems.
• Fluent written and spoken English for regional enterprise buyers and agencies.
• Hands-on use of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
• Strong project management for several event activations running at once.
