Overview
Legends Global is recruiting a part-time, as-needed Event Runner in its Production department at Buddy Holly Hall in Lubbock, Texas. The role supports live events and touring show personnel with errands, transfers and general set-up tasks. Shifts are scheduled around events and can be long and irregular.
What you'll do
- Run errands for a touring manager, including shopping and food pick-ups
- Collect and drop off talent at airports and hotels
- Keep spending records and receipts for all purchases
- Set up an office environment for show personnel
- Know local street and business locations
What you need
- Must be 21 or over
- Hold a valid licence and insurance to drive, and pass a driving background check
- Pass a background check for cash handling
- Able to operate a 15-passenger van, SUV or passenger vehicle and lift up to 40 pounds
- Available for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays

- Hours are dictated by events, often early morning until late at night, with some shifts exceeding 12 hours.
