Senior Manager, Experiential Ops & Production

Overview

Wasserman's THE·TEAM is seeking a senior production lead to oversee large-scale experiential projects from planning through to execution for clients across sports, music and entertainment. The role manages budgets of $500k+, suppliers and a production team, and contributes to new business for the experiential practice. It is advertised for Brooklyn and Raleigh.

What you'll do

• Oversee large-scale projects from planning through to delivery against client objectives and agreed budgets
• Manage and reconcile project budgets of $500k+ and manage vendor relationships across audio, lighting, staging and other production partners
• Develop production schedules and run of shows, and keep key deliverable dates on track
• Lead, coach and develop the production team and set project management best practice
• Contribute to business development for new and existing clients

What you need

• Bachelor's degree required
• Around four to seven years of increasing operations experience, ideally in experiential, sports or entertainment
• Ability to stay composed under pressure while delivering several projects at once
• In-depth knowledge of the experiential landscape and a record of delivering projects from the ground up
• Agency experience preferred
