Insomniac - Vans Warped Tour Orlando 2026 Seasonal Artist Relations

Summary

Insomniac is recruiting a temporary artist relations support worker for the Vans Warped Tour Orlando 2026 festival. The paid hourly role covers backstage and on-stage artist liaison, credential control and coordination with tour and stage management, reporting to the Artist Relations Manager.

What you will do

• Greet artists and crew on arrival at the stage and bring them from dressing rooms as needed
• Liaise with the tour manager, hospitality and stage manager on riders and stage access
• Manage which credentials are permitted on stage at different times
• Ensure photographers and videographers hold the correct stage credentials
• Report personnel issues to the Artist Relations Manager and maintain a helpful attitude toward artists and guests

Requirements

• At least 2 years of artist relations experience
• 1+ years of management experience preferred, including leading and developing teams
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Able to tolerate loud noise and busy environments and work in extreme temperatures
• Willing to travel for evening, weekend and holiday event work; work authorisation required in the US without sponsorship
