Summary
Fever is recruiting a senior manager for institutional relations based in Munich, with hybrid working. The role builds relationships with public bodies, cultural institutions and municipalities to support access to public spaces and funding.
What you will do
- Develop institutional engagement strategies covering public access, subsidies and procurement
- Represent the company before government authorities and public institutions
- Foster partnerships with municipalities, ministries and cultural institutions
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments and advise internal stakeholders
- Create briefings, position papers and institutional decks
Requirements
- At least five years in public affairs, institutional relations, government relations, business development or a related field
- Proven ability to build trust with public sector stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German and English
