Summary
Fever is recruiting a Legal Counsel with a Nordic focus to support its operations across markets from its Madrid headquarters. The role covers commercial contracts, compliance and regional legal advice, and requires at least four years' PQE. Advertised locations are Madrid, Warsaw, Copenhagen and Berlin, with the post based in Madrid.
What you will do
- Provide general legal support adapted to regional business needs in the Nordics
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and terms across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external legal advisers on complex matters
- Track legislative and case-law developments in the region
- Prepare and update legal templates, guides and team knowledge
Requirements
- At least 4 years' PQE as a barred or practising European lawyer, including work in one or more Nordic jurisdictions
- Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house at a large multinational
- Fluent English plus French or German; another language is a plus
- Ability to turn complex legal issues into business outcomes
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
