Summary
Fever is recruiting an Onsite Event Coordinator in Tokyo to run live experiences on the ground within its Event Operations team. The role covers staff coordination, event devices and validation systems, crowd flow and customer issues, and requires fluent English and Japanese plus flexible rotating shifts, including weekends.
What you will do
- Coordinate and train onsite event staff in their duties and Fever policies
- Manage event devices, validation systems and onsite payment accounts
- Control people flow and queues to avoid bottlenecks and crowding
- Resolve onsite customer complaints within set time limits
- Report daily to Fever managers on event status, incidents and feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Japanese
- Experience in event coordination is desirable
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Available for rotating shifts, including weekends
