Overview
This part-time Production Coordinator role supports show and event production at The Roxian in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania. The position works alongside the Production Manager and venue teams to prepare and reconcile live events.
What you'll do
- Coordinate technical, personnel and financial aspects of show and event productions
- Help the Production Manager with settlement, payroll, scheduling and administration
- Coordinate communication between departments and with venue, touring and client teams
- Maintain inventory and maintenance logs, plus department manuals and training materials
- Help schedule staff, rentals and hospitality within budget and advance technical details
What you need
- Prior production experience in entertainment venues, theaters or touring
- General understanding of stage lighting, pro audio and video systems
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in moderate to loud noise
- Ability to manage several projects at once and make clear decisions with limited information
- Strong computer, accounting and communication skills, including Excel and project tools
