Summary
Fever is hiring a Project Manager Team Lead for its SSI team, which runs recurring immersive shows, concerts and theatrical formats across many cities. The role owns regional operations, P&L and expansion into new cities, and leads a team of 6 to 12 Project Managers and Producers. The stated total compensation is approximately 130,000 USD gross per year, including bonus, with hybrid working in Los Angeles, Chicago or New York.
What you will do
- Own the operational P&L and gross margin for the region across all active experiences
- Expand the portfolio into new cities, identifying venues and partners and adapting formats locally
- Monitor operational KPIs such as occupancy, audience ratings and margin per show, and lead improvement plans
- Lead, coach and hold to account a team of Project Managers and Producers
- Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Production, Finance and Legal on capacity, pricing and quality
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years in operations, general management, consulting or a fast-paced startup, including owning P&L
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with P&L analysis, KPI monitoring and data tools
- Proven experience hiring, developing and managing a team of 6 to 12 people
- Strategic mindset with operational rigour and process focus
- Native or highly fluent English
